Trust
The objective of the Trust is to promote respect for the constitution, democracy and human rights in particular by:
- Providing for educational programmes to be conducted at or in respect of Constitution Hill for the purpose of education South Africans on constitutionalism, human rights and democracy
- Providing Grants for the purposes of promoting the objects set out in clause 4.1 and for purposes consistent herewith
- Raising funds for such purposes in and outside the Republic of South Africa in respect of the Trust and other public benefit organisations as defined in terms of section 30 of the Income Tax Act
