Our South African constitution has been described by the late American Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg as the “Gold Standard” in terms of human rights protections. It is obviously of huge importance to local LGBTIQ+ Communities and hugely important that we keep informing local communities of what the Constitution means for their rights and examine how to communicate and claim those rights in our society.

Viva LGBTIQ+ rights! Viva!
